Ski holidays in Ellmau

The village is a charm Tyrolean resort and has pleasant centres to stroll around and enjoy the après-ski life, not to mention the excellent facilities on offer at the leisure centre. Once the evening sets in you will find some good night life.

The Ski Welt is Austria's largest ski area and combines not only the resorts of Söll, Scheffau and Ellmau, but also includes Going, Itter, Hopfgarten, Brixen and Westendorf with a ski area totalling over 250km. These resorts offer good nursery slopes for the beginners on the respective village slopes. Once you have progressed from these you will be able to join the intermediates and enjoy much of the whole area on the many blue and red runs available. For the advanced skiers you will particularly enjoy the black runs off the Hohe Salve and the off piste runs such as the Moderer.
