Ski holidays in St Johann

St Johann is a pretty town offering varied skiing on the local north facing slopes which provide the resort with an excellent snow record. When you're not skiing, take a stroll through the town centre, much of which is pedestrianised, and sample some excellent après ski bars or visit the Huberbräu St.Johann's local micro-brewery.

The local runs on the Kitzbühelerhorn are well suited for beginners and intermediates and the more advanced skiers should try the Penzing run down to Oberndorf , a long black run with a short steep mogul run at the top. The Schneewinkel area lift pass now offers over 140kms of piste which encompasses 7 resorts all linked by a free ski bus, including St.Johann, and the nearby slopes of Fieberbrunn , Waidring and Steinplatte. Don't miss out on the many traditional alpine huts and restaurants to be found around the ski area.
